As of May 17, 2022, the Harris Theater does not require proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test result for entry. Masks continue to be required for ALL upon entering and must be worn unless actively eating or drinking. Visit harristheaterchicago.org for the most up-to-date information before the performance.

Concessions: Limited concessions will be available to purchase. Food and beverage must be consumed in designated areas of the lobby, and no concessions will be permitted inside the auditorium. Masks must be worn at all times when not actively eating or drinking.

Parking: The Millennium Park Garage is located at 5 South Columbus. Discounted parking for Millennium Park Garage is available for all Harris Theater ticket holders, at a rate of $17 for up to 12 hours. Parking validation is available onsite. Upon entering the garage, be sure to follow signs for “Millennium Park Garage” as we are unable to validate for Lakeside Garage.

Event Times: The Harris Theater lobbies will open approximately 60 minutes prior to the performance. 

Late Seating: Please note that there are limited opportunities for late seating. Please allow extra time for travel to ensure that you arrive on time and can experience each performance in its entirety. Late seating times are determined by the artists, and late arriving patrons will be seated in locations at the discretion of house management.

Updated Tickets, Entry, and Box Office Services: Our lobby entrance is located at 205 East Randolph Street on Upper Randolph. If you are parking in the Millennium Park Garage, please take the parking garage elevators to Street/Park Level (Level 7) and enter through this entrance. We recommend dropping off any members of your party with limited mobility on Upper Randolph before parking, where guests can find lobby seats and await the rest of their party or make their way to other lobby levels once having their ticket(s) scanned.

At street level are all box office services and scanning of performance tickets. Box office services are available prior to having tickets scanned. If you have purchased multiple tickets, please plan accordingly — distribute tickets to your party in advance or have your entire party present at the lobby entrance.

Please be prepared to show an ID when picking up tickets. Patrons utilizing digital tickets should present for scanning on their smartphone, as printed tickets may not scan. We recommend taking a screenshot of your ticket(s) in case there are connectivity issues. The email with your ticket has the subject line “Your Tickets” or "Your Print at Home Tickets from the Harris Theater.” If you have not received your tickets to your email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Box Office: Have a question about your event? Call the Box Office at 312.334.7777 Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. or email us at [email protected]. On performance days, the Box Office will open for walk up one hour prior to the start of the performance and close 30 minutes following the start of the performance.

Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible seating locations, swing arm aisle seating, and wheelchair accessible/inclusive restrooms are available on all auditorium seating levels. The Harris is also equipped with an FM Assistive Listening Device system. Headsets and T-coil enabled neck loops are available for check out. Large print programs will be available as well. Please call the Box Office in advance of your performance at 312.334.7777 regarding ticketing and accessible seating questions.

Personal Items: We ask that our guests avoid bringing unnecessary items to the Theater. The following items are prohibited inside the theater: briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer and camera bags, containers, packages, or any purses and bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12".
